If you want to change your jewelry order for another model or color, please return the item by following the procedure set out in clause 8 (cancellations/returns) of the CGV before the end of the cancellation period, and make a new order on the website, or by telephone or email.

The return costs will be covered by FRED in the following countries: Mainland France including Corsica – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (except the Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), and Sweden. To benefit from a free return, you will need to make your return request via your account on the website for online sales in order to receive your prepaid carrier slip by return email. If you purchased your item by telephone or email, you must make a request to a FRED sales advisor.
The return must be made within 30 days maximum following the date of your order. For more information, please consult our CGV.
If you decide to cancel your order, you must return the item(s) in its/their complete original packaging (accessories, instructions, label, etc.). Notwithstanding the above, for any return of a cable bracelet following the purchase of a complete bracelet, namely a shackle or a buckle with a cable, you can keep the bracelet box and only return the cable in the packaging provided for this purpose.
FRED recommends that you take all necessary precautions to ensure that FRED products are properly packaged so that they are not damaged during transit. In order to receive a full refund, returned FRED products must be in brand new condition, may only have been worn, tried on or used to allow the Customer to establish their nature, characteristics or proper functioning, and must not have been damaged or spoiled.
If you have ordered a cable and the size does not fit, an exchange in a FRED store (excluding franchises and resellers) upon presentation of an invoice is possible within 30 days of receipt of the order. FRED in-store exchanges are only possible for cable size-related exchanges.
You will receive your refund within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the date on which FRED was informed of your decision to cancel. FRED may withhold your refund until the returned FRED product has been received, or proof of shipment of the FRED product has been received from the customer, whichever comes first. FRED products that are returned damaged or altered, or returned without complying with the T&Cs will not be fully refunded.
