Orders and payments


  • How do I place an order on Fred.com?

To place an order on our website, you will first need to create an account.

Once you have selected your items, add them to the cart by clicking on “Add to cart”, finalize your order, and make your payment.

There are four steps to the ordering process:


  1. Create an account, or log in using your email address and password
  2. Enter the required shipping information.
  3. Select any personalization options (gift wrapping and message).
  4. Enter your payment details and confirm your order.

You will shortly receive a confirmation email. 


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receiver your shipping confirmation email .


  • Can I call customer service if I need help placing my order?

Yes. Our customer advisors are on hand to help you place your order online. You can contact them on: +33 (0)1 82 28 21 01.


You can only place an order online if you have an online FRED customer account. A payment link — just as secure as paying online — will be emailed to you by the Maison FRED Customer Service team. It is valid for 24 hours. The payment link and order confirmation email will be sent by email.  


  • Can I visit a store if I need help placing my order? 

Our in-store advisors are on hand to help you place your order online. You will receive a payment link by email, which is valid for 24 hours. 

At present, this service is only available at our stores in Paris (Rue de la Paix) and Cannes.  


  • Can I add a personal message to my order if it’s a gift?

Yes, you can include a personalized video message to your order. Select this option in Step 3 of the check-out process before paying for your order.

 

  • Which payment methods are accepted by Maison FRED?

If you are ordering online, you can use the following credit cards issued by bank domiciled in the European Union, and most other countries: American Express, CB bank cards, Visa, Eurocard,Mastercard, and PayPal.


If you are ordering by telephone, you can use American Express, Visa and Mastercard credit cards.


All payments made on fred.com are secure. Payment data will be stored securely for the time necessary to confirm your order and payment, and will then be immediately destroyed.


  • How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped:  

Please contact Customer Service on: +33 (0)1 82 28 21 01 or send an email to contact@fred.fr. We are open from 10.00 a.m. until 7.00 p.m. (CET) Monday to Saturday. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Once the order has been confirmed, no changes can be made to the invoice, the contents of the order, or the delivery address.

Once your order has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel or change the order, and any returns or refunds must be subject to a return request. 


  • How do I get my invoice?

You will receive your invoice by email once your order has been dispatched.
