Shipping and delivery


  • Which countries does FRED ship to?

We ship free of charge to the following countries: Mainland France including Corsica – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (except the Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), and Sweden. Regarding sales made by telephone or email, FRED reserves the right to refuse delivery to certain countries.

  • How much does it cost to ship my order? 

Shipping is always free of charge to the following countries: Mainland France including Corsica – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (except the Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), and Sweden.

 

  • Which type of delivery addresses are accepted?

It is possible to deliver FRED products to a physical person designated by the Customer. However, no deliveries can be made to hotels, PO boxes or to a non-fixed address or residence (e.g. but not limited to, mobile homes, caravans, campsites and other non-fixed residences) or to a public location where an individual address cannot be clearly and permanently attributed to a natural or legal person.

  • What are the shipping times?

Your order will be sent out in the two days following confirmation of your order.

Delivery in the Paris region is by appointment with Coursier.fr.

For all other destinations, your order will be sent by UPS three to five working days following your order tracking email. 


  • How will my order be packaged?

At Step 3 of the check-out process, you can select the packaging of you choice. We pre-select lightweight packaging for you (up to 60% lighter than our signature gift packaging), without a shopping bag, and using a reduced amount of materials. If you are purchasing an item as a gift, we recommend selecting our signature packaging. Each order is sent out in a single box. If you would like several gift boxes, please place your orders separately. 

Please note that cable bracelets are sent in their own special box. 

Other items are delivered in their cases. 

All items are packaged in a discreet parcel to ensure a safe and secure delivery.


  • What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

If you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service team. Maison FRED will open a claim with the carrier and start and investigation. 

For information, UPS will try to deliver three times. If after the third attempt UPS is unable to deliver your order, it will be immediately returned to Maison FRED. We will contact you to find out whether you want us to re-send your item, or get a refund.
