The same applies to any combination or conjunction of the latter with any other brand, symbol, logotype and more generally any distinctive sign intended to form a composite logo. The latter provisions also apply to all copyrights, pictures, designs and patents reproduced on the Site.

Under the conditions authorized by the law, FRED cannot be held liable for:

These Terms are translated into English from French. In case of discrepancy between both versions, French version shall prevail.

Failing an amicable solution or recourse to mediation, any disputes to which these Terms could give rise, concerning their validity, interpretation, execution, termination, consequences and repercussions will be dealt with by the French courts.
