To accurately determine your size, we recommend measuring your wrist rather than using another bracelet.
Here's how:
1. Take a string or ribbon and gently wrap it around your wrist at the fullest part, usually the joint, for a comfortable fit.
2. Using a pen, lightly mark the point where the string or ribbon crosses.
3. Then accurately measure with a ruler in millimeters (preferably) or inches.
4. Consult the size chart at the bottom of this page.
5. Select the size corresponding to the circumference of your wrist, as indicated in the first column (‘Wrist circumference’), to choose the best size for your FRED bracelet.
If your measurement corresponds to two sizes, choose the one corresponding to how you like to wear your bracelet. Example: If your measurement is 14.5, choose 15 for a fuller fit, or choose 14 for a more fitted fit.TOUR OF WRIST | SIZE OF BRACELET LARGE AND XL MODEL |

If you already own a ring in your size, you can find the size engraved inside your ring. If the size is not visible, print the ring finder at full scale, then place your ring on the circle that bets fits the inside of the ring. That is your size.
If you prefer not to print, measure the internal diameter of your ring and use the chart below to determine your size. For example if the internal diameter of your ring is 16.24 mm, it is a ring of size 51.

Symbol of love par excellence, the diamond is one of the favourite stones of the Maison FRED. White or coloured, it has always been at the heart of our most precious creations. On engagement rings or wedding rings, the diamond naturally finds a place of choice. Each stone is rigorously selected according to the famous 4C rule: Cut for the cut, Color for its hue, Carat for its weight and Clarity for its purity. A universal jeweller's language reinforced by techniques of embellishment and work on the stones such as setting or paving. For the brilliant cut from 0.30ct and for the other cuts from 0.50 carat, the central diamond set on FRED mounts is accompanied by a certificate issued by one of the following international reference laboratories:
- The GIA (Gemological Institute of America)
- The HRD (Hoge Raad Voor Diamond)
These organizations ensure that the diamonds meet the quality standards required by Maison FRED.
The cut of the stone determines its brilliance. Only a perfectly proportioned cut gives the diamond its optimum brilliance. In order to always offer stones respecting this criterion of excellence, Maison FRED makes a strict selection of its diamonds.
The purity of a diamond is defined by the number, type, size and position of inclusions present in the stone. Like any natural stone, almost all diamonds contain inclusions. A diamond is considered to be âflawlessâ if there are no inclusions if it contains no visible flaws when magnified 10 times. Maison FRED only selects stones with a degree of purity between IF and VS2, which is the guarantee of an exceptional clarity and a lack of inclusions visible to the naked eye.
The whiter a diamond is, the rarer and more precious it is. The colors of FRED diamonds are exclusively between D and G.
The unit of measurement for diamonds is the carat. One carat corresponds to 0.2 grams. The weight of the diamond combined with its size, colour and clarity determines its value.
