1 - Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct and Modern Slavery Statement

Adopting and promoting integrity and ethical behavior in all our actions and relationships with all our partners has always been a strong commitment of LVMH.

Rules of conduct and principles of action have been defined to guide the behavior of all Group employees, all of its suppliers and other stakeholders, in terms of ethics, environmental, social and societal responsibility.

As a LVMH Group House, Fred is fully committed to this vision and has established its Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct.

We also invite you to read our declaration on the fight against modern slavery ("Modern Slavery Statement").

2 - Alert system

In order to prevent the breach of the principles defined by the LVMH Code of Conduct (corruption, money laundering, appropriation of assets…), our business partners have the possibility to submit any violations of applicable laws and regulations – whether proven or reasonably suspected – through our E&C email address.

The standard channels of communication should always be preferred in dealing with these issues.

However, where a business partners deems it preferable, the E&C email offers an alternative. This email provides a fully confidential and secure way of reporting any ongoing or potential violation of the laws, regulations, or principles of conduct.

All alerts submitted via this system are directly sent to the Ethics and Compliance Director of Fred, who is in charge of their processing.

The address to which you can make alert is as follows : ethic-compliance@fred.fr
