To select the perfect size for your next FRED bracelet, either:

To accurately determine your size, we recommend measuring your wrist rather than using another bracelet.

Here's how:

1. Take a string or ribbon and gently wrap it around your wrist at the fullest part, usually the joint, for a comfortable fit.

2. Using a pen, lightly mark the point where the string or ribbon crosses.

3. Then accurately measure with a ruler in millimeters (preferably) or inches.

4. Consult the size chart at the bottom of this page.

5. Select the size corresponding to the circumference of your wrist, as indicated in the first column (‘Wrist circumference’), to choose the best size for your FRED bracelet.

If your measurement corresponds to two sizes, choose the one corresponding to how you like to wear your bracelet.
Example: If your measurement is 14.5, choose 15 for a fuller fit, or choose 14 for a more fitted fit.
